dedicated to improving the impact that buildings have on the health of your family
and employees. Use this site to find ways to make your
home and office more healthy.
We offer environmental home and office inspections. We also
consult on ways to design and build a healthy new home and office or
remodel an exisiting one. On-site evaluations are available in the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego areas of
southern California. Telephone consultations are also available throughout
North America (we are also Skype-enabled).
"EMF" (electric and magnetic field) evaluation and mitigation is our
specialty, based upon the protocols taught by the Building BiologyTM profession. These include
evaluation and mitigation of AC electric and magnetic fields from house wiring, as well as radio frequency fields from wireless
communication devices such as cell phones, cordless telephones and Wi-Fi (wireless Internet) routers.
We also provide consultations for healthy new home design and

Our healthy building evaluations identify and reduce household causes of fibromyalgia, chronic
fatigue and chemical sensitivities. Over sixty percent of our clients already have these
symptoms. Almost all report improvement once the household sources of ill health have been
identified and reduced. The remaining forty percent are relatively asymptomatic
but consult with us to
make their home more healthy and keep these problems from developing in the first place.

We also offer a healthy new building manual,
compiled by Oram in collaboration with

The manual is now available and provides
healthy protocols for the design and construction of new buildings and the healthy remodeling of
existing ones. It is based upon protocols taught by the
International Institute for
Bau-biologieTM and Ecology (IBE) in Clearwater, Florida.
